QUICK, the outsourced human resources department of NERA PULSE
QUICK did not start as a platform. It started as a consulting conviction, tested in the field, before it moved into digital.
Our story
NERA PULSE was founded as a multisector consulting firm, working alongside companies, public bodies and talent looking to structure their growth: corporate strategy, organisation, digital transformation, audit and finance.
It was by working closely with the concrete difficulties of recruitment and employability that the team identified a wider opportunity: to build, beyond one-off consulting, a digital tool able to solve that problem at scale. That first tool was called NERA QuickJob.
Its pilot phase validated the original intuition. On the strength of that validation, NERA PULSE chose to turn the pilot tool into a complete ecosystem: QUICK.
